The color was perfect and better than any we've bought at Lowe's. In case anyone is wondering, these are two separate sets of lights that connect together.

Bought these for my sister in law who lives in a nursing home. She has her own Christmas tree and she loved those lights. She wanted the light to be bright and warm. She is very happy with these lights.

No complaints about the headlights - they seem excellent - but the color warning does. They glow pink, not purple. The tubes are purple, but with white light the effect is pink. Not ugly at all - just didn't look good on Halloween with jack-o-lanterns.

We used these Christmas garlands all winter last year and plan on putting them back on again soon. We usually leave them on outside on the porch about 12 hours a day. You were great! There are no lightbulbs or other problems. We like the option with incandescent bulbs on a white filament rather than a green one. We don't have two connected sets.
