Perfect for the home office!

I like this chopper. Since purchasing it (less than a month ago) I haven't experienced any slowdown. It's a good size and perfect for the home.

Does not work for office electronics

Ordered this paper shredder for our accounting department, November 2018, the return window is closed on January 31, 2019, today our controller tells me that it does not work and we need a new one. Not impressed

Great car best in Choppers

I really like this car. It has great lighting capabilities and shreds multiple sheets at once. I'm glad I turned to a reputable company. The on/off switch is almost hidden. (above the power cord).

Disappointment! - Shredder

I expected more from the Swingline. I have had this product for less than a year and have had to replace it 3 times. More recently, the one sent did not work on arrival. They quickly sent a new one, but unless you have endless hours to sit around with returns and replacements, don't waste your time and money.

A few issues

As soon as I plugged the shredder in, it didn't turn green like the instructions say. It showed an orange light, indicating the door wasn't properly closed. After closing the compartment several times, the light did not disappear. I had to seal the tray with duct tape for the green light to come on. After about 10 minutes of chopping, the light started flashing, indicating overheating. After turning green again, the compartment wouldn't close AGAIN. The chopping works great but the shell system
