🗑️ Swingline Shredder Bags (1765010): Plastic, 13-19 Gallon, 25/Box - Compatible with 300X/300M Models Review

Thanks to my knowledge gained in practice, this shredder is one of the best investments I've made for my office. The 5-gallon bin is perfect for smaller offices, and the plastic construction is sturdy while also being lightweight. It shreds through documents quickly and quietly, making it easy to use during the workday. The only downside is that it does require occasional maintenance to ensure it continues to work effectively.

These bags don't fit as well as I would like. They do their job, but the flaps get in the way and make the bag a little tight. They are also very thin and therefore tear easily. I had to use a piece of tape to keep the pocket open in my high end cross cut shredder.

If you buy a Swingline document shredder, you will receive the Swingline packages at the same time. I learned to leave strings at the bottom of the drawer to cut off the top of the pouch box. These bags don't tear as badly as the bags the cleaners use in the building (although I'm grateful they provide free bags if they see 300M overflow). The hardware store won't have bags for that long. Note that they appear to be made for a very tall car, so I never get close to filling them with 300M.
