later This is a beautiful pepper mill and its grind is so smooth; much smoother than coffee grinders I've had in the past. The grind settings work well and are overall comfortable to use.

I like the look how nice it is to hold, smooth finish. That's great. However, after 10-15 uses it stopped working. I move the dial on the bottom that adjusts the grind of the pepper and sometimes I can make a few turns before it stops working again. For such a simple mechanism, I'm surprised it's so poorly made.

SUPER attractive pepper grinder! I went to the Swissmar website and found that these particular pepper/salt grinders are a lot cheaper, so I got lucky. By the way, Swissmar had excellent customer service. I emailed them with a question on their topic and they responded within minutes. I like the look of the olive tree.
