AVOID! This cell phone is garbage.

The functions are completely inconvenient for the user. My wife loves this phone; I've suffered from this for many years. Fragile and fragile. The audio is terrible. As said, it's not user-friendly, so accessing various functions that require a cryptic combination of using the "ON" button, "OK" button, and volume buttons is a frustrating exercise in trail and error.

Pros
  • High test scores for support and durability
Cons
  • Definitely a bad product

Modern classic phone

Great design, great phone. I really love this phone. I saw one of these devices for the first time when I was in Turkey last year. All I could think about was how much it looks like a classic phone while also being modern and stylized. As far as technical issues go, it works great and I love the feel of a phone that lets you talk on one side and listen in your ear on the other. Call me "old fashioned" if you like, but call Swissvoice ePure a modern classic.

Pros
  • There's something to it
Cons
  • Discontinued model

comfortable good sounding home phone

is very chic. I don't think I'd want to pay $100 for it, but the white one sold for $30. People comment on how clear and loud I sound. Easy to use but like others have said. Turning off the missed call notification LED is not easy. That means it has to go through a little algorithm to turn it off, and it's so unnatural that I haven't yet remembered how to do it without checking the instructions. I use it with VoIP which on a less intelligent phone when using my VoIP box causes it to ring twice…

Great design best in phones and accessories

A year later I like the design and the answering machine works great. Due to renovations going on at our home I did not try to charge another phone. I bought another phone off ebay and decided it was time to set them both up. None of them will charge. I tried emailing Swissvoice on their customer service page. and keep getting "Management Error". I've searched the internet for batteries to no avail. I'll keep trying because the design is great, but if I can't solve these issues my rating will…

Doesn't last, very sad; style BUT.

Do not buy. I have a multigenerational home and this phone has worked for everyone. Stylish and good sound. Better than the AT&T, Panasonic and V-Tech phones I've had in the past in terms of sound quality, the big BUT, and the big one, is all the buttons have fallen off (this pic is after we 45 had days). ). I only had 2 months when I emailed the seller who told me they couldn't help because 30 days had passed. I emailed Revain and their response was to contact the manufacturer as it had been…

great customer service

I bought this phone because I was remodeling my kitchen and wanted something unique. At first the green light on the side kept flashing due to messages. I tried everything and ended up turning it off and not using it for months to investigate the issue. It took a while but I finally managed to turn it off (carrier involvement, codes entered and actually turning the phone off and back on every time I have a message). so finally found out then it wouldn't charge. Contacted support and they sent a
