I don't know if this is a manufacturing or shipping issue but the crate was delivered to my porch with no sign of damage. The box went straight to the shelf in my basement. Change lightbulbs regularly. More recently the 4 bulbs I took out of the box showed no signs of damage but the filament was broken. Disappointed with the product.

I bought these bulbs as a replacement but apparently I misread that my original bulbs were halogen and these weren't. Doesn't matter! These bulbs arrived intact but the light is much dimmer and browner even though these 65 watt bulbs were meant to replace the 50 watt halogens. Check what you are replacing!

Quantity 6 bulbs blown. Somewhat understandable given the fragility of the bulbs, but it was extremely alarming that 2 bulbs were only half and the second broken half was not in the box. In other words, the bulbs were broken and the other part was missing. This means that the bulbs were sent broken and not broken in transit.
