Great platform with helpful features

I love that you can see all of my data from any given point, so it's easy for me as an admin user to understand what is going wrong or needs attention at various stages during a treatment process (from intake through discharge). The interface isn't always very intuitive - even though there are plenty of tutorials available if needed! It would be great if they had more options than just 'yes' / 'no'. As mentioned above, being able to easily view my clients progress throughout their treatments…

Pros
  • Easy viewing client information
  • Great customer service team.
  • Very helpful in explaining how certain aspects work within system/why questions arise etc which makes troubleshooting easier too; )
Cons
  • Sometimes difficult navigating around site without having much knowledge about functionality
  • Not sure why this happens but occasionally login gets lost after computer has been shut down

User friendly and powerful Digital Marketing Software

The best thing that I like about this software is its simplicity, it's robustness & ease of use. Also there are lots options available for customization which helps us run multiple campaigns at once using different templates or modules etc., If you have any issue regarding configuration then they provide excellent support team who will help you out within few hours as per their time zone difference (they operate 24x7). It would be great if we could customize our own branding option instead of
