You will receive them in a felt pouch inside a metal tube. Very good. The quality is very good. These things cut through one of my hard toenails like butter. Wide open jaws really help. I would say if you get too close to any part of your skin you lose some of it. Note* The spring mechanism must be reversed before use. After each use, fold it back for storage. They have to last for years. Very good value for money.

I bought these for two reasons. The first for my husband and I. We had trouble getting a clipper strong enough for our toenails. I have had nail problems so many times from breaking my toes that my nails have become very thick and the nail file is great for my hands, easy to hold and I don't fall off the end of the file either.
