I love this product and the temperature control. It's versatile enough to curl and wave, so it's a great tool. It's very difficult for them to get burned, so it's pretty safe too. I love this iron and will not go back to any other brand

My hair burned after no more than 5 uses, I had to part my hair because of it and yes I use a great heat protectant, bought lots of different straighteners and never had this problem. . Unfortunately I waited an extra week to decide to return it and now I'm stuck with this, paid so much money and they only give you a month to return it. So disappointed.

Great straightener. This is my second purchase because I stepped on my first one and broke it. With other straighteners I've had I've had to do multiple passes, but with this one my hair is straight after one pass. It does a pretty good job of curling my hair, but I'm no expert so it looks weird.

I LOVE IT! I have probably 8 different hair straighteners between $40 and $199 under the sink and this one is by far my favorite! I have very dry, coarse, damaged hair and it has made it so shiny and soft. It's crazy to think that's true, but even my fiancé said my hair looked healthier after using it for the first time. It's definitely worth the money!
