No cap solution

I love these bottles and so do the other reviewers. They look good and work great; and have held up well to moderate use (they are used in my home, not in a restaurant, hence the term "moderate use"). I also found a solution for these bottles without lids. A few years ago I bought a box of vacuum caps in different sizes and colors from an auto parts store. After receiving these bottles, I got a headache. I pulled out a pack of caps and found that the smaller caps fit the necks of these bottles…

Pros
  • One year trial
Cons
  • Available in white only

Sure these condiment dispensers are nostalgic, but for me their big advantage is that they're easy to use and a lot less messy than new bottles that are supplied with branded products (particularly ketchup). These wide bottles that come with caps always have hardened ketchup caps after a few uses. My kids aren't the only ones who find it difficult to squeeze store-bought bottles. Until you use enough force to squeeze the ketchup out of the storage bottle, a small amount of ketchup suddenly…

Pros
  • Few competitors
Cons
  • unreliable

Beautiful vintage bottles

One thing I really liked but missed was the diner style mustard and ketchup bottles. Of course you can buy spices in their own bottles, but everything I've tried so far leaves a lot to be desired. They either release too much product or they crust up when opened, or both. When I stumbled across them, I had to have them. Some reviews say the markings have come off. I did not. I think I also saw one who said they were brittle. Mine aren't. They don't seem as strong as the '60s ones, but then…

Pros
  • Easy to use
Cons
  • Quick start guide
