I bought this for my daughter and she has been wearing them for a month and a week. No longer holds a charge. I bought this because I work out of town and my mom is holding my daughter while I'm away so I'd like to be able to video call her. Well the camera sucks and it's too dark. The volume is very low for both her and mine. The only good thing is that my mother has peace of mind because my daughter can watch the videos. This product broke within a few months. A day after returning the volume buttons fell out and the power button fell out of the tablet where I can't turn it on at all. I don't recommend wasting your money. It worked fine for the month we were using it, but broke VERY QUICKLY on its own. I want my money back as every penny spent on it was a waste.

That's theft! The first thing I noticed was that the rubber boot was already in use, as there were scratches and tears on the corners. It keeps losing connection to our Wi-Fi even when it's in the same room as the router, the touch response is sooooo slow and it can't connect to the Google Play Store. I removed the case and saw that the tablet's design is cheap and fragile. I'm so sad. I will never buy from this store again.

We had to replace them in the first week because they weren't charging and now it's been about 5 months and they aren't charging. But of course we're already past the window of time to return them, so all we have to do is eat it with that $150. I got really angry to be honest. Also, the entire time they were "working", they froze and randomly turned off.

I liked the product at first but even after the recommended number of charges it just kept going after 20 minutes. It's quite difficult to travel with a toddler when their tablet keeps crashing. If I could get a refund for this I would. Update: My daughter dropped it once and the screen shattered completely. I drop my phone every day and it hasn't even jumped yet, so all I have to say is that it's poorly made.

Products very similar. I bought two for my daughters (7 and 9). They are user friendly and I can use them too. Sure they could be a little better but for the price I paid I can't complain. Full of study materials and I can also download some more study applications. There doesn't seem to be that many downloadable apps. Overall this is a good product and I would recommend it.
