It's easy to learn, but it can be confusing at first! The customer support has been great!

It is very easy to use, there are several tutorials online that explain how everything works! The customer support team has been really great so far - getting things set up can be confusing at first but they were always able to help me figure it out! I don't like having two different platforms for my business data (ie one in tacticianone and another in excel). There have also been times where the program just freezes or doesn't update correctly. Great for beginners and experienced users alike, plus customer support is excellent to boot !

I like that it is easy to use for both beginners as well experienced users, also has great customer support available 24/7 via chat or phone if needed! It's not perfect but we have been able solve our issues with this program so far by contacting their team of experts who are always willing help us out in any way they can be reached at anytime day night week month year etc.. We've used tacticians one since 2010 when i was working there full time before leaving them last summer now my wife…
