First off these are better than the velcro belts. I ordered a an XL and returned for a Large. They look and feel small the first day but it needs a day or two to loosen up and break in. I mainly use it for the gym for slimming features and support. Use it everyday I hit the gym and it's great on leg day for that back support. Absolutely love it and wish I had seen this before I bought the velcro ones.

I got this product for my husband, his abdomen is 51.5 inches and his pant size is 40. He got an XXL which was tight on the last clip, as it should be. This gave him 2 more clips to go down as he loses inches before he would need an XL. It is seamless under clothing and very comfortable! I am impressed with the quality of the product, considering metal hooks and loops were used. The hooks are easy to fasten and the product doesn't roll down when seated. It definitely encourages one to tighten the abdominal muscles while wearing it. It is snug, yet not restrictive and I am easily able to breathe and freely move. It fits excellent. I got it a bit smaller than my current pants size for obvious reasons as I wanted to shape my waist to be smaller. It was a bit weird to put on at first, but then I found the trick. Start by the bottom and suck in that belly! The price was right as well. As I anticipate having to order the smaller size once I grow out of this one. I love how the tightness is controlled by the 3 levels. I take it off I can fell the heat from that area. Yesterday I put it back on and wore it all day (9 hours)at work and it offered back support while still keeping the heat in the stomach area, very pleased.When I took it off I realized that the area in my lower back that is normally sore after a work daywas not as sore and that my stomach muscles were a bit sore, so that is a great side effect of it.
