This works great. I pair it with my Samsung S3 tables to take pictures during my home inspections. I had no problems with it until the 3rd time I accidentally washed it in the washer. 1st 2 times it worked no problem, 3rd time it was sporadic.Lesson to be learned - DO NOT WASH IT!

Using the built-in camera app on both, on the Note 8 the android button acted as the shutter release and the 360/ IOS button acted as a zoom. I'm using this for self-taping auditions, rather than jumping back and forth to my camera, which can be distracting when you're trying to audition and just a basic pain the a**.
