The interface is very intuitive to use - I feel like i'm using Excel or something else that doesn't have an advanced UI as far as searching goes! Our recruiting team has so many candidates available all over their own networks (we are part of Google Adwords), it really makes it easy when they just need some help from our platform to find the right candidate. I like that they are very flexible with their pricing model (which is great when you have limited funds). They also do some really cool things to make sure your candidates understand what it's going to be like once hired! We've been working together since 2015 but we haven't had any issues so far. The only thing I would say about them as an organization is that there could use more training resources available - especially if someone doesn't know how something works or can perform certain tasks

I like that they are extremely responsive. They do a great job of understanding what you are looking for and helping you find it. Their rates are higher than most but their service is worth it. Communication issues can be tricky but they are working to improve this. The process of getting hired by them was an absolute breeze.
