Review on Talent Lab by Bobby Blanton

The interface is very intuitive to use - I feel like i'm using Excel or something else that doesn't have an advanced UI as far as searching goes! Our recruiting team has so many candidates available all over their own networks (we are part of Google Adwords), it really makes it easy when they just need some help from our platform to find the right candidate. Their pricing model isn't cheap at first but we've been able to justify our needs after a year. As one person said earlier there's still room for improvement in their product/team overall, not sure what was wrong with them before though. Try it out if you're looking for ease of use, powerful features, cost effectiveness. I like how easy it is to get all of your information together from different sources into one place! It's not that easy when you have so many people involved with helping recruiters find candidates who are interested in working at our organization (which isn't as big or well known). We're able to see what roles we need filled now vs. next year which makes things easier than if they were listed out individually each month/quarter etc..
