LiveOps Connect - great software/service

The ability to have a single place for our customers to go to for help and the chat integration allows us to connect immediately with our customers! The only downside that I can see is that it's not always clear when the answer has been received by the person who needs help. Sometimes we get emails asking if we've gotten a response, but there doesn't seem to be any way of knowing this. Also, sometimes we don't know how long it takes for the chat agent to respond. We're able to communicate with

Great Product, Easy To Use & Powerful Features

I love how easy it can be for our team members who may not have much experience with technology or coding yet! The fact you dont know if your sending out automated emails will cause some issues at first but thats easily remedied once training starts up again so its really no big deal. As of right now we are still trying to figure things out like best use cases etc however there's nothing i'd say specifically about this product other than just try different features until they fit what exactly…

Pros
  • Great UI/UX design
  • Easy integration between tools, apps & websites that need communication (ie using an external CRM is super simple)
  • Very intuitive interface allows non tech savvy users do most everything themselves without having any knowledge in terms o programming languages such as Python3+JSX2.
  • Supportive customer service when needed along side great community support groups
