We got these for quarantine

My husband and I use these as a warm up to our workouts during quarantine. I think this has really helped my arms thin out. It is so hard to get slimmed down arms no matter what I do but I do see a difference ! Who would have guessed, so glad I got them

Pros
  • Perfect for exercise: Our workout speed rope suits for all heights and skills. and this jump rope great for fitness, workout, exercise, gym.
Cons
  • The rope may unravel over time

ALMOST PERFECT best in my review

On a scale 1-10 I would rate this rope a 10. The weight is ALMOST perfect. My first rope only lasted several weeks. The handles are comfortable and it works just like a jump rope should. My only complaint is the adjustments hidden in the handles. My rope broke at the spot where the adjustment was originally placed and, because I had already made adjustments to fit my height this rope is no good anymore. It broke just below the handle. Maybe this is why they are sold in pairs.

Pros
  • The hand grips are just too loose on the rope for it to be comfortable to use.
Cons
  • The rope can get slippery with sweat

Not Adjustable: my feedback

Jump ropes came in, they feel great, I really like the ball bearings. They are listed as adjustable, they don't seem to be the case. They look like you can only adjust them a couple inches at the most (which may be enough for some people). Otherwise, you'd have to cut them down to size.I'm 5'9 and thankfully didn't need to adjust anything, so if you're around that height you should be good.

Pros
  • The rope has a slim design, making it easy to store in drawers or on shelves
Cons
  • The rope can be distracting and difficult to concentrate during use

Looks are deceiving.

Looks are deceiving, the reviews seemed good and they looked amazing so I figured why not as it would be a good warmup before bike rides to get the legs moving.First off, they’re light and cheap plastic. I’m talking worse than a kids meal toy. And my last rope had some weight to it where on the swing would carry the momentum, not these guys, pretty sure any wind resistance you have will send them backwards mid swing.Secondly, they do adjust but they are a pain to get into the right position…

Pros
  • The GoxRunx Jump Rope is designed to improve your fitness level with a great cardio workout
Cons
  • The rope can twist during use

Length to height for my opinion

Received a two pack and use outside on sidewalk. It works great with the ball bearing in handle. Holds up. I’m 5’7” and it is long enough, not too long or short.

Pros
  • Jump Ropes
Cons
  • May not provide enough resistance for some fitness levels
