Don't always seal the first time.

Have used various brands and never encountered any problems but they seem to have a slightly higher temperature tolerance so sometimes I have to go through the seal twice to get it tight, especially when there is meat from which the juice is sucked up The vacuum.

Pros
  • Great range
Cons
  • Very expensive

Roll Special Machine Vacuum Bag

Advantages: price is not cheap but fair, fast delivery, easy to use, just put the roll on the back of the machine and you're ready to go. Cons: The material is flimsy and tears/punctures easily, this might work better for soft meats or similar, but I've had to remake or repackage almost every one of my dried fruit bags

This is a huge roll of packing material

I don't know what you mean by fresh, but the roll is huge. It doesn't fit my machine but I don't really see it as a problem as I kept the cardboard spindles from the previous roll that came with the machine and I can just wrap part of a large roll around it until it's full . enough to fit in my car. Haven hasn't tried it yet, but I think it will do the trick.

Good Quality - Special Equipment

I use these pouches with Seal A Meal. The material is a bit thicker than food seals and it was difficult to get them to seal at first. The trick is to gently insert them until your car can just about grab the bag. Since I quite squeeze the bag, so far no problems. The sealing process takes a little longer, but not by much. I think it's because the material is a bit thicker. Seems to hold a seal of what I've experienced so far. It's worth it. Good quality at a good price. Yes, the buns are big…

Pros
  • Same as everything before

  • Definitely bad product

Want to order more

I ordered them back in June 2020 and I'm in love with them. I have FoodSaver branded packaging and have tried the branded pouches that came with it. It was difficult to tell if the seal was completely gone and the plastic felt very thin. I wasn't entirely sure if they would work, but let me say one thing. I will NOT buy the brand again. They're easy to check for pressure, they work just as well as brand name, you get more per roll than what brand name sells, they're cheaper than brand name and…

Great bang for your buck for vacuum bags

So far they work great. The rolls are too thick to fit in the vacuum sealer for slicing, but not large. Instead, I just lay the roll on the counter and thread it through the bottom to cut it to size. Have used them several times and they suck well. Happy with the purchase.

nope Choose another brand.

After a few hours in the freezer some of my vacuum bags have lost their seal. I think I see the problem. When I look at the reel I see areas that are shinier than other areas. These areas look and feel very thin. In any case, these bags are not good. Don't waste money. About 30% had to be renewed. Then about 30% of the conversions had to be redone. They look good immediately after sealing, but fail after a few days, meaning they start leaking very slowly. This is not user error. I've been…
