Description of Tattoo Goo After Care Lotion: Natural, Vegan, and Petroleum-Free Tattoo Moisturizer with Color Enhancement – 2 oz

THE POWER OF OLIVE OIL - The satin rich texture and light viscosity of the olive oil has a smooth silky feel, not greasy. Olive oil is a good carrier of essential oils and skin nutrients, stimulating the synthesis of such substances as collagen, elastin, proteoglycans and glycoproteins. The olive oil penetrates deep to re-moisturize dry skin, which is so important in the healing process. While extra emollients help draw moisture from the air enhancing the humectants process. SUPERIOR HEALING - Our new formula combines the latest technology with the worlds most recommended ingredient Panthenol. Healix Gold has been hailed by a vast number of tattoo artists for its effectiveness and quality as a superior healing aid since its introduction in 2009. This formula helps to prevent scabs from occurring by combining the power of Healix Gold with vitamin D5, known for its skin conditioning properties, all contributing to a faster healing process. ADVANCED MOISTURIZATION - Panthenol has been recommended by many tattoo artists as a moisturizing cream for new tattoos. It is the alcohol analog of pantothenic acid (vitamin B5) and is thus a pro vitamin of B5. This skin repair and moisturizing formula is great for older tattoos too as it helps to bring back the color once thought lost. Vitamin E is added as a powerful antioxidant. CERTIFIED DERMATOLOGIST TESTED - Tattoo Goo Aftercare Lotion is a great product for the healing and aftercare of your tattoo. The product is pharmacist developed and clinical studies confirm Tattoo Goo after care products are not associated with skin irritation or allergic dermatitis (inflammation of the skin). This product does not contain zinc oxide, which can dry out skin, is vegan-friendly and petroleum and lanolin-free. Apply with confidence!.

Works GREAT!: Piercing & Tattoo Supplies

Got a tattoo on August 3rd. The tattoo parlor had this product on the shelf and people were buying this TATTOO GOO body lotion like it was a lollipop and after my tattoo I decided to try the sample tube. WOW, this lotion was very comfortable, didn't stick, I really liked it. So I went looking for Goo Tattoo Care Lotion and found the product on the Revain website at a cheaper price. WOW I feel like this lotion reduced my healing time by 70%, very impressed, will buy this product again if I ever…

Pros
  • OLIVE OIL POWER - The satin texture and light viscosity of olive oil leaves a smooth and silky feel, not greasy. A good carrier of essential oils and skin nutrients, olive oil stimulates the synthesis of substances such as collagen, elastin, proteoglycans and glycoproteins. Olive oil penetrates deep and moisturizes dry skin, which is so important for the healing process. While added emollients help pull moisture from the air and improve the hydration process.
Cons
  • Repair

Not only have I found this lotion to be far superior to other tattoo lotions, for my skin type it actually heals my tattoos much faster. I'm deducting 1 star though because as others have mentioned it's like a bag of potato chips that doesn't have much lotion in the container and runs out after a few days. If they controlled their quantity and filled the container more it would be five stars and as they say I am ordering it in four packs now.

Pros
  • CERTIFIED DERMATOLOGIST TESTED - Goo After Tattoo Lotion is a great product for healing and caring for tattoos. Clinical studies developed by pharmacists confirm that Tattoo Goo products do not cause skin irritation or allergic dermatitis (skin inflammation). This product is free of zinc oxide, which can dry out the skin, is suitable for vegans and is petroleum and lanolin free. Apply with confidence!

Value and Feel in Tattoo Supplies

I like that the lotion does not irritate my skin, I wish it was bigger, the price was very reasonable. I wish it was advertised in more stores and not just shopping websites. The smell is not sharp, the skin is smooth and not tightened. Do not apply too much or the lotion will take longer to absorb. Works great on brand new, fairly new and old tattoos. The ink does not smudge or break. The product doesn't lie.

Pros
  • SUPERIOR HEALING - Our new formula combines the latest technology with the world's most recommended ingredient, panthenol. Since its introduction in 2009, Healix Gold has been praised by a large number of tattoo artists for its effectiveness and quality as an excellent healing tool. This formula helps prevent scabs by combining the power of Healix Gold with Vitamin D5, known for its effectiveness. nourishing properties of the skin, all of which contribute to a faster healing process.

MY GOD! You will love

This thing is amazing! I will never use anything else for my tattoos again. I applied a little on the day of my tattoo and the "discomfort" has gone. It doesn't look like I just got a tattoo. A slight swelling has disappeared, you can touch and clean without discomfort. I have a great tattoo artist so I don't usually get too much puffiness/redness. You only need to apply a thin layer of tattoo slime a few times a day. The healing process definitely speeds up.

Pros
  • EXTRA MOISTURIZING - Many tattoo artists recommend panthenol as a moisturizer for new tattoos. It is an alcoholic analogue of pantothenic acid (vitamin B5) and therefore a provitamin B5. This revitalizing and moisturizing formula is also great for older tattoos as it helps bring back color that was thought lost. Vitamin E is added as a powerful antioxidant.
