I had to lock the tub in the utility room. It worked great because it's small and flexible. Definitely solved the problem and was worth the money.

I use it for a rather unconventional purpose. They lock my fridge so my munchkins can't come in and eat at night. They don't go very well with traditional padlocks - the loops at the end are tiny - but I buy a set of mini padlocks which are much better. The kids haven't been hit once since I've used them! Now I don't have to think about what a mess I'll wake up in the morning!

I really thought they would work for our purposes. I'm actually pretty confident in them for less stressful uses. We thought they were working on storing the sunscreen we added to the cover for our van. Connections quickly failed. I didn't mean to give them the lowest rating, I just wanted to warn potential buyers. Maybe they aren't as strong as you might hope.
