Instructions were not included, but attaching it is very easy. Everything was fine, I've already driven 200 miles with it and I'm very happy with the purchase. Worth the price for her. The quality isn't as good as HD, but not far off. I weigh 170 pounds and they barely flex with direct pressure on them. The only problem I have is that the shifter vibrates a bit when in neutral.
