I am pleased to report that the tapes record and play well. The seller delivered on time and the packaging met your expectations: protection enough but not difficult to open. If you use VHS because of the flexibility it offers for recording shows and movies before transferring them to DVD, then TDK and this provider is a good place to do business.

One of the four straps had a cracked plastic sleeve. It went in the trash. So from 4 packs I only have 3 cassettes. Also, none of the self-adhesive stickers will stick. I had to use others I have in my stash because I've been using VCR tapes for 35 years. The remaining 3 tapes are recorded and played back as expected. It's a shame that VCR tapes are now three times as expensive as they were a few years ago when they were more popular.

I use these blank VHS cassettes for Panasonic Duel VHS/DVD recorders. These machines appear to have been out of production for years and fetch high Revain prices. I use VHS tapes as a head cleaner for the VHS component on these Panasonic recorders. I might have had to throw these tape recorders away if I hadn't found a head cleaner that wasn't abrasive or corrosive to the heads.
