I was looking for a measuring spoon to measure the exact amount of tea per cup. Unfortunately this was very disappointing. The edges of the handle were unfinished and appeared sharp and jagged. This is fundamentally unsuitable. Very cheaply made. I would like to return it but I can't find the box it came in.

This is a great teaspoon for measuring loose tea. A level teaspoon is equivalent to about 3.5 grams of loose leaf tea, depending on how thick or fluffy your tea is. I usually measure my tea on a calibrated digital scale. But now I don't have to do that with this fancy little teaspoon. If you drink a lot of loose tea, do yourself a favor and get one.

A good spoon, although I consider the price to be low. In retrospect, I should have saved the money. I've received both metal and glass versions of the "perfect" spoons, and they vary significantly in volume. The metal "1 1/2 teaspoon" weighs almost 2 teaspoons, while the glass one weighs just over 1 teaspoon.

I've been waiting for this spoon to be back in stock. I wanted that dimension; All other spoons seem to measure too much or too little loose leaf tea. This brand also offers this glass spoon and while the glass spoon is definitely pretty, it is not durable at all. I ended up getting two of these; one for home and one for the office. I love it. He measures out the perfect cup every time, it's small and cute and somehow makes tea more fun.

I've never been able to pour the right amount of loose tea into my dinosaur tea infuser... my friend knows how much I love silly teas... and my tea has never been better! Cleans with one quick wipe and dries instantly. I like to use tea leaves because my tea tastes fresher and it's a pleasure to brew in the right amount. This makes a great gift for any tea lover... if they get one they might want to try the loose leaf! It's a strong metal and pulls well. I will not lend it to my neighbor 😷😷😷

We always use loose tea and our teaspoon has had breaks for a number of years. We looked for a replacement. I looked at our previous order and ordered the exact same spoon. The one that came from the same seller but less than half the previous spoon. Not so hot what's up. We just have to scoop more often. I was very pleased with this teaspoon but it clearly looked used or somehow rusted. Even the thin packaging box intended for this teaspoon looked like it had been faked. The lid of the box was not fully closed indicating it was open and there was no sticker/tape on it. The spoon itself has traces of rust/black spots along the handle connecting the spoon. Stains or stains from liquidation are visible on the inside of the spoon itself. Looks used and unsanitary. Overall, this teaspoon feels…
