I bought this carrier for my 8lb Chivini and I love it! The inside is made of smooth, washable material, it has a thin cushion that I complete with a soft blanket and my Chivini loves to ride on it! Mesh side panels add breathability but retain some warmth. On the other hand I wouldn't leave my dog in the sun, the air inside would get too hot (but I would never leave my dog in the sun in a carrier anyway). Light green color as in the photo.
