Team Performance Thermostat Installation Temperature Review

I purchased this product for my automotive needs, hoping it would improve my car's climate control. My analysis of this product showed that it was a complete waste of my money and time. The installation was difficult, and it did not improve my car's temperature regulation as expected. The only pro was that it was affordable, but it didn't outweigh the cons. I wouldn't recommend this product to anyone looking for a reliable engine cooling and climate control solution.

Thermostat is too big for the application. There is 3/8 NPT, but 1/8 NPT is required. I had to buy separately. Apparently not designed for motorcycles. loo

There were no instructions in this kit nor were the link in other reviews to them. I have two questions; Why does the ring terminal on the black wire go to temperature? Sensor? The whole idea behind this kit is that the fan is controlled by a temperature sensor. Applying a ground to this terminal will cause the fan to run continuously when the ignition is on and when not in use will create a weak point in the wiring harness and increase the chance of an accidental ground.
