It allows us as an admin of our team account access all files that are shared within it directly from my desktop computer without having them synced through cloud drive or something like this! Very useful feature when I am away form office using WiFi at home but still want quick file transfer between people who use same google accounts (Team Tools). Sometimes there is no way how can someone share their document which was created earlier than him/her because they were not logged into web browser
