Thought it was a tritium lamp. It's just a glow-in-the-dark element. You need to keep it in the sun during the day for it to work at night.

Does not light up no matter how much light falls on it. Tried leaving it in the sun all day. I've been using a 250-400 lumen light on it for a long time, but if I'm lucky it doesn't last more than 5 minutes on a charge.

Sorry, this little piece doesn't live up to its name. It doesn't glow as brightly as advertised and if you put it in the sun the glow fades quickly. I applied it for a full hour and as soon as I left it on my desk the glow was gone within 10 minutes. Didn't even live up to its value and pointless gimmick.

Just received mine today and still waiting for my bottle to ship. PLEASE NOTE that you ended up investing about $55 in this thing. The Trit vial isn't included, I knew that, but if you look at the ones that include the vial, you'll see they cost the same. Cool keychain, but being cool isn't always cheap 😉😂
