Perfect fit and easy installation

Perfect fit and easy installation. I had a phantom problem which I narrowed down to a faulty switch. This helped me find a cheap and easy solution.

NOT SUITABLE for dirt bikes

Switch wires about 1 foot smaller than original equipment, cannot be attached to handlebars and routed without a CONNECTION, nothing like a connection down the middle of a simple line. NOT GOOD.

Pros
  • Good Thing
Cons
  • Reliability

Great switch, works great.

This killswitch pushbutton switch replaced the factory killswitch on my son's bike, fits well, install is easy, looks good and works perfectly, even the wire colors match the bike's seat belt colors. I bought two, one for each of my son's bikes.

Pros
  • Free for educational purposes
Cons
  • Quality

Detailed description

Direct replacement for the 97 Honda XR80. The device is assembled in such a way that it may fall apart before installation, but will definitely be in place once installed. Sometimes for some reason I have to push the button for it to turn off the engine. Overall good value for money.

CHEAP and AMAZING Horn Switch.

Instead of an emergency switch, here's an AMAZING horn button! The ring on the steering wheel is grounded, so be careful when connecting it. Connect the horn to your hot (switch it on with the smallest fuse you can find), black to horn negative, green to the car chassis and use this button to short the ground. PEEP PEEP!

Pros
  • Stylish and modern design
Cons
  • Requires power outlet

Good quality, low price. Would buy again.

Good quality for a "cheap" part. The electrical connections are connected directly. The wires are a bit shorter so I had to route them behind the grill instead of in front. A plug came loose on the first ride because it was routed from the front. I am happy with this switch and would buy it again. Installed on 2003 Crf450r.

  • practical item
Cons
  • functionality

Don't worry about this kill switch

The wires were shorter than my original kill switch so I had to reroute the wires which was a problem and the kill switch itself doesn't work properly. Press 3-4 times to turn off the bike. It's easier to just stall it. I won't be buying this again and will be buying another brand ASAP to get this crap off my bike.

Pros
  • Quality construction
Cons
  • Only available in black

In short OEM suitable for part

Good product. It mates with the original connectors and the switch feels good, but is at least an inch if not shorter than the OEM. This means you can no longer route it as it originally came from the factory and route it through cable holders. You have to run after the triple clamps and you can't move cable holders anyway. I would suggest spending another $5 and getting an OEM switch if that bothers you.

Pros
  • GOLS certified
