Best part about this software tool is that it has very good customer support team as well which helps me in solving my queries quickly. I don't like its interface too much for windows but i think there are some ways to make it more user friendly. This software tool is one of the most important tools used by all organizations when they deal with any project or task management. It's easy to use and have good features at affordable prices.
