Excellent support, great services and even better solutions

We have been using their products for 5 years now with no problems at all! The team has always done everything in order to make us happy customers. They are very professional when it comes down t solving any problem you might be having as well!! As I said before we would not hesitate one second if there was anything that needed improvement or new features added they were quick enought answer our questions about them. ! Very efficient and responsive support services

I am very happy with their professional skills for my business needs! They are always willing to help me solve problems as they arise or even before i realize there's an issue at hand!! My experience has been great so far but if you do not know what your looking fo when it comes time find someone who does. Great team that can make things happen in ways we didn't think about yet. ! It could be better by adding more options such software tools like dropbox etc.. But overall this was just good…

Poor Customer Service/Workforce & Warranty

We are having our system repaired at least once per month as there have been multiple glitches in our system since I joined in 2011. There is no customer service to contact, we have to deal with the techs via email or phone. Their workmanship is very poor. Very few of them can fix things properly. They will promise something new but when you call them for support they tell you it is fixed or no longer supported! If you are lucky, it was working before but not anymore?
