My son loves it. It is used as a powder for breast milk during teething. It's easy to hold. Save the mess and entertain for a while! Best of all, there's virtually no mess or waste. The molten liquid will not come out until it is sucked out through the holes in the top of the silicone teether. Even milk that is shaken and turned upside down will not come out!

**UPDATE: changed from 5 stars to 3 stars. Still my baby's favorite teether but not sure how safe it is. We didn't even have a few months and my daughter managed to bite off a piece of the teether. Now I'm nervous if she ends up swallowing a piece of silicone ** My kid loves it so much I just ordered a second one.
