Be careful when choosing parts for your vehicle at Revain Garage. This part number (118480) will not fit the 2021 Nissan Rogue as advertised. The correct element for 2021 is 118833. I tested this with Tekonsha. 118480 works with Nissan Rogue 2015-2020.

The assembly is very easy to install and is a great fitment except for one thing. The installation video shows how to install the bottom on the other pads on the screw for the rest of the Rogue straps. When this was done I had no power at the plug. I found a troubleshooting video that says the ground should be installed on a separate screw or at the bottom of the ground stack. I changed mine to the end of the stack and then everything worked fine. The instructions really should mention this…

Works like a charm. Follow the instructions and it's very easy to install. The hardest part is running the power cable to the battery, but other than that it's an easy install. I installed the module behind the left rear light. The only thing that I think could be improved is the connector on the trailer wiring so it can be routed through a small hole in the body. I keep mine in the back of my car as I don't use it often, but it can be a little annoying for those who use it often.

battery lights. The adapter has 13 foot wires with a built in fuse so you don't have to plug in the yellow fuse that comes with the wire harness. I only needed 6 feet of wire to the outlet so I cut off the extra 7 feet. Cut 3 ends of "O" wire. Connect the power supply directly to the red/white wire of the trailer light control module. Store the power adapter by the 4-pin flat adapter when not in use. Total time from start to finish is about 30 minutes.

Plug and play as they say. My blush had a 10 amp outlet and a 15 amp fuse on the back. While I had the panels open I tried to see if it would blow the car's factory 10 amp fuse and it didn't work. Bought just in case you have to tow a trailer; I searched which one fits mine and this was 1 out of 3 that matched. It had a good rating and Amazon had the best price, so I got it.
