Goodbye. on Switches

Worked as a great replacement for my shorted and melted toggle switch cap on my trailer. Just cut two wires and install a new connector. Not difficult at all.

Pros
  • A Sea of Positive Emotions
Cons
  • High Price

Looks right: Electrics and Batteries

The trailer hasn't been dropped so I don't know if the product will work. I will update the review when the trailer detaches and turns into a fiery hell due to the brake switch not working.

Pros
  • Absolute Legend
Cons
  • Slightly torn

Works great on 5 wheeler RV

Used to replace the original switch on my 2004 Cedar Creek 5 wheeler over a year ago. It seems to work as it should and is holding up well. On my last ride, I accidentally got tangled in the hitch and snapped the cable. I ordered another one so I have a spare cable.

Pros
  • Free for educational purposes
Cons
  • Available in white only

This is more of a kudos from Revain than an A for the derailleur, although the derailleur looks good quality. I bought the derailleur to equip our vehicle with a trailing brake system. But I soon realized that the 2012 Blue Ox Patriot had a switch, so I had to return the switch. When I went to Revain to set up a refund, to my surprise they requested an instant refund and told me to save the item! I assume returning the ship and handle would cost more than the switch? Wonderful!

This is required for your motorhome's electric brakes

This switch attaches to a tab on the motorhome's A-frame. You can weld it on or just screw it in which I did. Your tractor has a cable that attaches to the hitch. When the camper is separated from the tractor, the camper's electric brakes are activated. I used a latch to attach it to my clutch otherwise you have to keep pushing the tear-off insert out of the derailleur. This insert is nylon and I was afraid that after 10 years in the hot sun the nylon insert might deteriorate. So I replaced it…

Pros
  • One year trial
Cons
  • Faulty
