    SURPRISINGLY GOOD DESIGN

    This adapter has a thicker trailer brake cable than others and is wrapped in mesh that allows you to trace the cables but hold them. Of course, the plugs fit on GMC and Tekonsha fittings. It's just the right length if you don't get too carried away running it under the dash. We are very glad we used this adapter instead of fitting the pigtail supplied by the Tekonsha P2 and the 2014 GMC pigtail that comes with the hitch option. professional article.

    Fits perfectly from P3 to Silverado

    Get this. No need to splice and is well made. It fitted my 2016 Silverado and Tekonsha P3 perfectly and was long enough to fit the P3 to the right of the steering column. Although the P3 comes with a plug and pigtail, using this cable avoids splicing and allows you to be connected in minutes. No tools are required to connect, except something (I used a screwdriver) to remove the cover from the junction box on the Silverado.

    Great Product Electronics

    I bought this cable because I was replacing my brake controller from a Hopkins brake controller with a Tekonsha Prodigy P3 brake controller in my 2016 Silverado. When I originally wired the Hopkins model, I had to physically connect the wiring harness that came with the controller to the factory wiring harness, which was then connected to the dash. The problem I had was that the factory description of each wire didn't match the description in the Hopkins controller manual of what the wire was…
