Review on Enhanced Brake Control Wiring Adapter - Tekonsha 3016-P for GM by Mikey Jackson

I bought this cable because I was replacing my brake controller from a Hopkins brake controller with a Tekonsha Prodigy P3 brake controller in my 2016 Silverado. When I originally wired the Hopkins model, I had to physically connect the wiring harness that came with the controller to the factory wiring harness, which was then connected to the dash. The problem I had was that the factory description of each wire didn't match the description in the Hopkins controller manual of what the wire was supposed to do, so I had to call customer service to try and get them for more accurate information. This time I decided I didn't want to put up with that, so I bought this mount that was already taken care of. That being said, I wish this harness was 6 inches longer as I needed to extend the harness just enough to get to where I mounted my controller and keep it tucked away in the dash where I wouldn't use the could kick. Once the wiring harness was lengthened, installation was easy.
