bought a 1 inch hole and is perfect for joining two stainless steel tables together so they don't move and fairly unobtrusive see photos. easy to use and rotate. looks like it will last a long time. I recommend a little 1" hole so far so good!

I prefer C clamps to everything else I've tried, metal is better than plastic but a plastic C clamp is lighter When force isn't important, the two-button release releases the clip instead of unscrewing it. I use all but the very rare Erwins, which aren't worth anything yet.

I bought this clamp to change brakes and discs on my car. There are a number of reviews saying it's great for this purpose (caliper compression). Unfortunately I had to pay the auto repair shop for the job as I ran out of free time and couldn't use this clip. Although it looks very cool in my garage!

Just received 2 of these 8 inch boat dock clamps. At first glance, they made a solid and well-made impression. The photos speak for themselves, as one clamp had a huge shape error at the critical 90° angle. That was fine, the one in the photo actually had a hole right through the clamp. I will contact the seller for a replacement, however the seller must have seen this on entry and declined. An 8" clamp this size is designed for strength. Completely unacceptable.

Really strong clamp. Got a Kydex as an extra clamp for my abs and found that it replaced almost all of my other clamps on its own, was really impressed with how quick and easy it was to clamp with my other clamps, have ordered a second one and will probably only do so these 2 use on my press. Great clamps! I bought two of these to hold a desktop power tool (mini) because I can't permanently attach it to a table. I also use this to hold the pieces of wood to the table while I cut the piece out of the wood. For the desktop mini tool, I first laid down two layers of non-slip carpet material to keep the tool in place. This way the clamps hold tight and the bench tool doesn't move while cutting. This is a screw clamp manufactured to acceptable standards of quality. It's definitely better than a lot of other clearance boxes I've seen, but nothing crazy. However, if it works well and is worth the price, I see no reason not to give it five stars. Everyone needs a C-clip or two. They are one of the most versatile tools anyone can have.
