The most commonly used buttons wear out and no longer work. For example, to use the "Enter" button, you need to hold down the thumbnail on the button and press in different directions. Buttons fail in order of most used. I had the controller for 4 months and noticed the problem started after 2 months. I already threw it away but thought I should leave a warning. I would give it one star but some of the buttons haven't failed yet.

The remote control was delivered without an instruction manual. With some effort I managed to open the case and, unlike the Sony product, I received 3 parts, 2 halves and a separate nozzle. The battery compartment was covered in molded plastic that didn't allow for batteries (AAA?) to be inserted. A short wire (white) came out of the board with no connection on the exposed side.
