Terrible Disconnecting Headset for Deskphone

This product constantly disconnects and disrupts business calls, making it frustrating to use. The only advantage is a comfortable fit over the ear. The electronics in this product are unreliable and not worth the investment.

Weak microphone voltage and lack of adjustment.

In less than two weeks the microphone is already slipping and not holding up anymore. How about a ratchet tensioner or adjusting the tension so the mic is where it should be on the mouth. Noise canceling two stars, because the person I am talking to cannot hear me well due to poor microphone voltage.

I contacted the seller about the missing part and the seller quickly got back to me to resolve the issue.

I bought the headset as a birthday present for my son. A part was missing and after contacting the seller they quickly sent me another headset. All parts were in the box, the headset works perfectly. I am very satisfied with the seller's service and would give it five stars, but the headset is too small, does not cover the ears completely, and there is noise in the room, making it difficult to hear the voice or music in the headset.
