Clear calls and simple installation!

This disconnector has elevated my communication game .Clear calls, easy installation, and seamlessly integrates my phone and headset. I love the convenience of not having to take my headset on and off or worry about accidentally transmitting background noise during calls. My only critique is that the instruction manual could be more detailed for those unfamiliar with electronics. Overall this is a worthwhile investment for any professional..

Weak microphone voltage and lack of adjustment.

In less than two weeks the microphone is already slipping and not staying in place. How about a ratchet tensioner or adjusting the tension so the mic is where it should be on the mouth. Noise canceling two stars because the receiving end of the microphone doesn't hear me well due to poor voltage.
