This little device is AWESOME

The price is worth it I think everyone should have it is awesome the number goes to your answering machine if you don't recognize the number press the little RED button on call blocker , next time she appears on your screen but wants to call her, you get the one you want, wrong.

Pros
  • There's something in there
Cons
  • Looks

This device would be great if it didn't have issues with Cox Cable's new phone and internet in the same modem . I had this short time with the old system and it seemed to be working fine. Cox then upgraded my modem to allow internet and phone access through the modem instead of having separate lines brought in the house. It then blocked the numbers and you literally had to disconnect the phone line from it to reset it, which resets all information. Maybe they knew this was coming so they…

Pros
  • Done
Cons
  • Bad dialing

Caller ID only provides the phone number, not the caller's name

I connected the device and immediately found that it only provided the caller's number and NOT the caller ID (name). I wrongly assumed that this device would provide all the caller ID data that I pay ATT monthly to provide. My wrong guess. Not sure if this device will block unwanted calls or not as I boxed it for return. Of the advantages - a large and bright display.

Pros
  • One-touch lock Incoming call operation; for outgoing calls it must be added manually; Mains powered (no batteries required) Adjustable LCD brightness.
Cons
  • Slightly dented

Not so the friend of user

I'm a techie and couldn't figure out how to get the year past 2019. It's not a big problem. I bought it for my parents (who are in their 60's early 70's) and they had a lot of trouble getting it to work. They kept blocking my number by mistake. The problem is that you have to go back to blocking calls. You can just press the lock button. It's hard to explain what I mean, but in principle it's very easy to accidentally block a number. My parents were mad and turned it off and threw it away.

Pros
  • . This call blocker can prevent annoying and malicious incoming calls with a button lock and help you get rid of them forever. It can also avoid paper waste from unnecessary faxes when you connect it to fax machines.
Cons
  • Crumpled packaging

Just started.

Received yesterday. SO FAR, SO GOOD. Furnished. Need a longer cable for the phone cord. I spent an hour going through my random cable box to find it. I am currently using MagicJack and the called number ID is working fine. (Probably today VOIP service is classified as "landline".) No name displayed. Thought the time and date would be set automatically like simple caller id boxes do. Vain. There seems to be a procedure to set it up, so far no joy. ***Call from a Google Voice number. I then…

Pros
  • Large Capacity: Blocks up to 1500 blacklisted phone numbers.
Cons
  • unreliable
