This device would be great if it didn't have issues with Cox Cable's new phone and internet in the same modem . I had this short time with the old system and it seemed to be working fine. Cox then upgraded my modem to allow internet and phone access through the modem instead of having separate lines brought in the house. It then blocked the numbers and you literally had to disconnect the phone line from it to reset it, which resets all information. Maybe they knew this was coming so they lowered the price to get rid of them, I just don't know. I wish they had a fix for this because as described it was a fine working module and it worked fine. Now I have to look for another one that is more compatible with the new Cox Cable "All-in-One" modem.
