They match my FireBoard temperature sensors perfectly. I love that they are also color coded so you can easily tell which probe is in which cut of meat.

One reads exactly the same as a good OEM sensor. The second is 1 degree higher. Close enough for smoking works. I end up liking the grip more than the ThermoPro probe. Some reviews say they don't fit. I say the fork is the same size.

I thought my Thermal Pro was dead but after some research I found out that you shouldn't put the sensor under the tap to clean it as it will damage it can cause the sensors. I ordered a new probe, not a new device, plugged it in and my thermometer worked great.

On first use when I plugged them in both temps seemed accurate but when I moved with the cook and checked my instant read the temps on the sensors were off. Not much, but enough to cause problems (Grade 4) when the meat cooks. Just know me and follow me.

I managed to destroy the OEM thermope sensor with a grill flash. It was a great replacement and in many ways more durable and comfortable to use than the original, with a nice big barrel with a milled grip. I haven't been able to figure out how to properly use "holder" yet, but that's my problem, not yours.
