I have many other Teraflex parts on my Jeep, ordered them to replace the factory pivots. A guy before me used knurling and they didn't work. I called Jim V. at Teraflex and he went above and beyond to help me get them and the knurled model to my house in no time. The guys at Teraflex did their best to help me get my JKU back on the road. What a product. I've been a believer in Teraflex since I've had TJs and JK Wranglers, but until recently I never thought of using their ball joints. I replaced them with JK, it took a day and some beers but the ride is amazing. No vibration when steering, no wobble of the steering wheel when braking - from 35 km2 this Wrangler drives like on the outward journey. If you're hesitant to buy these ball joints, let me assure you, they're worth their weight in gold!
