This helped fill the slack in charging. I put my laptop on it and it was able to take the weight. It should be noted that this was unfortunately not made specifically for the Model 3. You need to turn the wheels upside down to make sure you don't scratch the wheel. The good thing is that I can now use it with another car.

This product will meet your expectations. It is durable and easy to clean as it is a hard plastic case. It's easy to store and barely visible on the back panel. Where it really comes in handy is on long trips. I drive by, pull up at the charging station and watch Netflix while having lunch at my table. No more stuff in the car.

Very comfortable to travel with. I used this to hold my meltingly hot laptop on my lap when I had to work from the car for long periods of time. One star docked because you have to turn the steering wheel sideways for it to slip at all, which is a problem when the car is already docked (affects freewheel movement). Also, it sags most of the time when my work computer is up, making it less comfortable. Perhaps a guide to making the clutch stronger would be helpful.

Don't be fooled by all the positive reviews, they are all positive in exchange for a free tray. I bought it hoping it would be a quality tray, but it's nothing but junk. This thin and rough textured molded plastic left scratches on the steering wheel upholstery. It's so cheap they didn't even bother to remove the extra plastic at the joint between the two halves of the mold and ended up with sharp edges everywhere. Unfortunately my wife threw away the box and I cannot return this item. 20 bucks

Ordered this for my model 3 after seeing TikTok on it. Wanted to order another tray but the reviews said it didn't fit the underside of the Tesla wheel. This particular listing advertises a silicone edging to make it more grippy on the steering wheel, but I found it much more difficult to get on and off. I think it could have been good, but it was just an unnecessary fight.
