Rather spend a little more for better quality.

Works but weak and bite valve too tight. This is how you earn your water and bite it at a certain angle, not that I mean to mess with mountaineering. This will be my bladder for now, I have no other choice, the fuse is at the back of the closet. There are plenty of others that are better if you're willing to spend a little more.

Leaking hose fits accessory

It leaks and no matter how tight you screw the hose into the hydrator it will leak. I thought I finally got it fixed and ran 7 miles down the track in 50 degree weather and about halfway through it was leaking and felt like I was peeing while running! Eventually I stopped and poured out the water and as soon as I hit the trash can I threw it in the trash can. My first didn't work

Sealing tube broken - hydration bag

Ordered 2 replacement hydration bags and one was broken on arrival. The pipe seal was broken. Unfortunately, I didn't realize this until I put the bag in my backpack and it started leaking just before our hike. Yes, I should have tested it beforehand but I expect the product to work properly. If you buy it, please do so with enough time to inspect and replace if necessary.

Everything is OK. But damn clean and dry

Had to wash several times with soap and water to get rid of the plastic taste. And it is very, very difficult to dry - it closes itself, the inner walls stick together and do not let air through. I've stuffed random kitchen utensils into it to try and keep it open to airflow, but it's not easy and takes a long time to dry. The last one I had, a different brand, had a full width zipper. Closure with style on top and it was much easier to dry.

I'm glad I ignored the negative reviews

Now I have 2. I'm very happy with both. I've run mine 100+ miles in the Florida swamps and my girlfriend has run her at least 50 miles. I like the large opening at the top which makes cleaning easier. I haven't seen the leaking issues others have reported either. However, as an engineer, I know how important it is to ensure the hydration tube connector is fully seated. Because of this, mine is always carefully inspected before it goes out. I still don't see any signs of wear and for the price…

0 stars. There is no locking mechanism. leaks.

If I could give this one zero stars I would. There is no locking mechanism on this bladder. High quality cylinders are made of rigid plastic that can be folded and the clasp is lockable. I don't know how anyone expected this 'castle' to stand, let alone. It's basically a giant zippered bag. It leaked almost every time I used it, causing me far more stress and wet pants than the money saved was worth. Don't buy, waste your money on another quality brand. This is my second time choosing the…

The price is worth the chance for quality.

Warning: not yet used for hiking. I received them recently and, according to experience, often collected them and checked them for leaks, then filled them with water and left them on the table for several hours. bought was a leak. upset? Not much but I was aware of the risk based on other reviews but the price was worth the risk. Luckily I'm in the return/replacement window to get a new set. I keep the ones that don't expire and bring back the ones that do. Revain's easy return process…

It gets bad rap in too many reviews - updated after 3 uses.

Inexpensive. As for the flavor comments, I quickly washed them down with a very dilute solution of vinegar and water. The water tastes clean, like it comes out of a tap. The leak at the junction of the hose with the bag that everyone is complaining about, just tighten the o-ring with needle nose pliers. Complaints about bite valves lead me to believe that people push their teeth too far onto the valve. For maximum flow you need teeth at the very end of the valve. Finally, the cap and opening…

DON'T SPEND MONEY - IT'S A LEAK!

I've been looking for replacement bladders for my sons Camelbak hydration packs and thought it would be a decent, inexpensive solution as Teton is a recognizable brand that I can trust more than some of the other cheaper options out there Revain are available. Unfortunately, I was completely WRONG. We took them to Yosemite and within minutes of filling our bladders and putting them in our backpacks, BOTH my sons' backpacks were WET. I figured maybe I wasn't closing the lid properly, so I kept…
