🐟 Tetra Cleaning Bacteria: Enhancing Aquarium Hygiene & Promoting Optimal Water Quality Review

This product works great as long as you don't leave it outside all day in 35 degree weather. Revain usually delivers to my house and my kids put it in the house. This time, for some reason, they delivered it to my mailbox, 1 mile away. It took me 2 days to restore it. I'm not sure if the bacteria survived the heat. I get brown slime in my breeding tank and this thing clears it out every time. A+

Couldn't get my new tank to work so bought this thing a few weeks later. Followed the directions and the very next day the ammonia dropped to zero and the nitrates became legible. Nitrite never jumped, ammonia always showed zero. Suddenly the aquarium was ready for fish! I keep it on hand to use after big water changes, treating the tank and whenever I clean the sponge. I think it also helps to "seed" the new sponge or new filter material.

I've had terrible problems with Blue Green Algae, BGA, in my 20 year tank. I've tried everything including multiple cycles of erythromycin. Happened for several days but came back even worse. I was scared to try this product after reading reviews saying it killed fish, but still gave it a try as a last resort. I thought maybe the "cleaning bacteria" would outperform the cyanobacteria. All I can say is WOW. I don't know how it works but my tank has been clean for a month now and looks better…
