1. There are 4 packs in the photo.2. The description says 1 pack.3. I expected to receive 1 to 4 packages.4. What I got was 1 single filter.5. To top it off I had to order at least 2 packs. Got me good!

This filter is fine. The only problem is the picture shows a box of 4 filters but when your order arrives it is only a pack of 1 filter. If the price is for a pack of one, show the pack of one, not four.

I was so upset when this product arrived. The photo shows a box of 4, but only one came. Now I've read the fine print on the listing that says it's for 1 unit only. Why not state openly in the title of the listing?

This item's picture advertises '4 cartridges' but the description says '1 cartridge'. It's an illusion. I would not have made this purchase if I had read the description carefully. The photo must be replaced with one that represents the item being sold.

Disappointing and Misleading The packaging says 4 filters and if you read the whole headline it says 1 it's my fault yeah. Usually the picture is as it turns out, but not in this case! Arrived this time, I will not order again! Do not support companies using the practice, please use the real product image! 👎

Title and description indicate the filters are shipped assembled. That's a lie. I received a box of 4 filters completely disassembled. There's only one green plastic part, so you'll have to reuse that part and assemble the bags yourself. It's not what is advertised and it's very disappointing!

The ad is totally misleading about what you will receive. If I couldn't give any stars or negative stars, I would. We thought we would buy 3 boxes of 4 filters and when the package arrived we received 3 individual filters. For the money we paid for 3 separate filters we were able to go to the big blue store, MalWart, and buy boxes of 3 filters. What a robbery. DO NOT BUY.

although the product is great and keeps my tank clean it doesn't seem to last as long as advertised. I replace them every 2-3 weeks, not every month. The cartridges are easy to install - simply rinse with water and insert into the filter. However, the filter does an excellent job of picking up any debris in the tank and my fish are healthy so I can't complain.
