The product is fine but the photo made me buy two filters instead of one. Why did I order. It feels like I've been misled and overpaid.

This is misleading. . I was expecting two styrofoam nets for $7.96. The description states that each Biofoam whisper set contains foam and a plastic frame. But it doesn't mean there is only one in this kit and the picture shows two foam nets. Like I said, very misleading. George

Good for our tank filter. It's been over 2 weeks and the ammonia levels still seem too high. I hope that soon there will be beneficial bacteria on this filter that will help with this process. If I see any improvement soon I will update this review!

Just what I need for my 10 gallon tank. I have been setting up my aquarium and filter for almost 3 years. And although I change the activated carbon filter and flush the aerator filter every month, it's time for a new one. This filter aerator fits on the pump just like the original when I bought it.

Misleading photos in advertising. The first picture shows that these are 2 filters. I ordered thinking I would get 2 packs. Apparently the description says nothing about Pack 2 and I should have read the comments before purchasing. Could probably have found a better price but I felt it was really good value for two.

I bought this product thinking it would be a replacement for the Bio Bag filter cartridge. No, that is not so. This is a complement to the Bio Bag which can be placed behind the Bio Bag and provides additional mechanical/biological filtration. If that's what you want, then great! I'm just sending mine back because it's not what I expected and I don't want it. FYI, there is only one foam net in purchase. The picture shows front and back views, which many people think are two nets in the package.

These things are expensive, but if you need them and don't want to buy the whole filter, this is your only option. . You can skip the black cage and buy a slightly thicker sponge and place it in the same spot. The cage is meant to be easier to clean, or rather foolproof for less experienced fish breeders (like me).
