Heel strap broke after a few months of very infrequent use. Unfortunately, this makes it almost unsuitable for toddlers, who don't know how to hold sandals on their feet.

The size is strange because it says years but just ignore the years and order any size of your child and you will be fine. Size 5 fits my 19 month old perfectly and has some room to grow. He just needs practice walking in it lol. The strap at the back has a nice stretch and keeps them on his feet, but he can still take them off himself if he wants to.

These flip flops are a bit short but wide enough so you may need to size up. They are comfortable and non-slip and easy to put on. My child is only 2 years old and can put them on and take them off by himself which makes dressing much easier. She wears them every day in the dirt and mud of the garden and they are always easy to clean. They are so good that I bought them again when they outgrew the first pair.
